Barry Sorento's Eligibility question:

I am NOT a birther.
To me, it is not a question of where ol Chairman Zero was born, but rather the question of "Is he a natural born citizen of the United States"?

The citizenship of Obama's father has no effect on Natural Born Citizen status. A foreign law cannot take away the normal abilities of any US child to become president.

And, do you think that the Chief Justice of the United States would have sworn in Obama if he thought that dual nationality affected Natural Born status?

It doesn't affect. All US citizens at birth are Natural Born citizens. All US citizens who were born in the USA are Natural Born citizens.

See Vattel's "Law Of Nations". You are a troll, an Obamabot, and an idiot. This tome was the defining factor in the Founding Fathers statement. The nationality of the father determines the citizenship of the child, place of birth does not. THEY knew this, and it was thus their intent. Not to mention, the citizenship during the adoption by Lolo Soetoro would then make him, at most, naturalized should he have bothered to go through the hoops, which I doubt. He, and his wife, have clearly stated in the past that he was a Kenyan. Not an American.
